About Us

Creating Futures is one of the largest charity organisations in Sussex with over 120 staff providing education and employment services throughout the county.

Creating Futures is active in Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and Surrey providing pathways to education and employment, holding key contracts with Job Centre Plus, Learning and Skills Council, the Probation Service and the Princes Trust. Projects that Creating Futures run, either independently or in partnership, include the Prince's Trust Volunteers; Millennium Volunteers, New Deal, Connexions, Entry to Employment, The Probation Service, Education and Training Projects.

Our main focus is the personal, social & vocational development of socially excluded young people. Our work is broad and varied, but it is implicitly tied together by our concern for, and commitment to giving young people in the community the best possible chance to lead productive, personally fulfilling lives and access high quality training and employment.
